When you forgot your password

Forgotten your password? Don’t worry we are here to help you get track so that you can get your tenders fast and start conducting your business. Follow the following steps to reset your password.

Step 1: Access our Tendertube platform 

• Visit our Tendertube website (https://tendertube.co.zw/)        
• Press the login button and you will see the section with the words “Forgot Password”. 

Click on it. You can also click the following link to direct you to the reset page:   https://tendertube.co.zw/#      

Step 2: Click on “Reset Password”

Now you need to click on the button that is marked “Reset Password” to continue the procedure to reset your password.

Step 3: Open your Gmail to view the reset password link

A message will be sent to your email telling you that the password reset process has started. You will need to click the button with words “Click Here to Reset Your Password”

Step 4: Enter your new Password

• Simply enter your new password 
• Confirm your password
• Press the “Reset Password” button to save the new password

Step 5: Press “OK” 

Press OK, now you have successfully reset your password

                                                 You can now log into your account using your new password
