Step 1: Navigate to the "Renew Account" Section

• Log in to your Tendertube account.
• On the left-hand side of your account dashboard, click on "Renew Account".
• Here, you’ll see your current subscription plan along with a "Renew Account" button. 
  

Step 2: Select the Standard Plan and  Click "Downgrade Now"

• Scroll to find the Standard Plan.
• Click the "Downgrade Now" button.

NOTE: You have to be on a higher plan "Basic" or "Premium" to have the option to downgrade to a lower plan

Step 3: Complete the Downgrade Payment on Pesepay

• You will be redirected to the Pesepay Payment Portal.
• Verify that the reason for payment is listed correctly (downgrading from Premium to Standard).
• Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

✅ Once your payment is processed, your account will be downgraded successfully!
