How to Upgrade Your Tendertube Account Subscription 

Upgrading your Tendertube subscription ensures you continue accessing valuable tenders and procurement opportunities. Follow this step-by-step guide to easily upgrade your account. 

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Renew Account' Tab

• Log in to your Tendertube account.
• On the main dashboard, locate the "Renew Account" tab on the left side of the screen.
• Click on it to access the subscription renewal page.

Step 2: Choose Your Subscription Plan

• On the Renewal Page, you can:

• ✅ Downgrade to a lower-tier plan with more features.
  ✅ Continue with your current subscription plan.
  ✅ Upgrade to a higher-tier plan with more features.
  
  

• Click the "Upgrade Now" button on your selected plan.

NOTE: Upgrading applies when you want to upgrade from free trial to paid account or levelling up from either of 'Basic' to 'Standard' and 'Premium' options

Step 3: Complete Payment via Pesepay Portal

• After selecting your plan, you will be redirected to the Pesepay Payment Portal.
• Here, verify that the reason for payment on the left-hand side is correct.
• Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

✅ Once your payment is confirmed, your account will be renewed instantly!
